1) About NameLibrary
NameLibrary publishes reference-style content about human names, including meanings, origins, pronunciation guidance, spelling variants, and cultural notes. The Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional advice.

You may use the Site only if you can legally form a binding agreement under applicable law. The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).

Permitted use

You may submit corrections, pronunciation notes, spelling variants, or new names for consideration. By submitting, you confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe third-party rights.
You grant NameLibrary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, edit, adapt, publish, translate, and display your submission in connection with operating and improving the Site. You may request removal of personal identifiers you included by mistake (for example, if you accidentally included private contact details).

We aim to publish useful and well-researched information, but names can be complex. Meanings and origins may vary by region, time period, transliteration standard, or source. We do not guarantee that any page is complete, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose.
